While they were not the cheapest (the cheapest was only $12 cheaper), I selected them because they could come out immediately to install a new water heater. The team they sent out was on time, knowledgeable and very personable. While I hope to never have to replace the water heater again, I would clearly choose them again and recommend them without any reservations. Great company to do business with and they did not try to upsell me; just a straight quote for the job that I required.

Comparable to everyone else; 1450 for a 50 gallon electric water heater. Very knowledgeable, on time, and nice. No hidden fees, open to all questions ( I had many) made me feel comfortable to asked all questions especially given that I was a woman! No mess left behind and put everything back in the laundry room that he moved. Also provided a discount.

These guys really know their water heaters. Not the cheapest, and not interested in doing any other plumbing work while in the house, but extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and cordial. Arrived on schedule, didn’t charge extra for some additional piping work required for older home, and were done in 2 hours, leaving behind a perfectly working water heater and clean work area.

This company does Hot Water Heaters; With a singular focus –with nearly 30 years of experience– I have never met a company that delivers such a perfect project. Water Heater Services LLC owner/operator, Curtis Littlefield and his helper out performed my expectations in every category of replacing my hot water heater. Pre project, the company listened to my requirements, gave me appropriate advice using language and terms that I understood. Once the requirements were agreed, with a good price for materials and labor, the install was scheduled for the next day. The team arrived on time, with the correct tools, product, and vigor. The old water heater was drained, disconnected, and removed. The new heater was installed per my requirements and plumbing code, filled, tested, and the operation of the equipment was explained. The installation area was cleaned and waste was removed. Like watching a sports team, every movement between the well stocked and equipped truck and the equipment room was deliberate, efficient, and orderly. The new equipment was installed and heating water within 1½ hours. Curtis and his helper followed the Virginia COVID19 work guidelines exactly, which is comforting for those who are at risk or uncomfortable with visitors/contractors. Bravo! Thank you.

Curtis and his partner came on time, explained the price before started working, no surprise, left the area clean. They also found a leak on the pipe above and fixed it nicely. So far everything looks good and working. Seems very knowledgeable about the project. I would recommend them or hire them again. But I was a little uncomfortable because they did not wear any mask or shoe-cover. So I had to thoroughly disinfect after they left my house. But no complain about the work they had performed at my place.

To sum it up, I was very impressed with those guys. I put the project up, I received three calls. The first contractor came and gave me an estimate. I called back the Heater Services, and they gave me a $400 lower estimate for new gas heater. They showed up at my place in 15 minutes, replaced the broken one and the whole job toke about an hour. They knew what they were doing. They do only water heaters. The last thing they did with us was some educational talk for the do’s and don’ts, and how to care for our new product. Thank you, and I recommend them to anyone.

The professionals of Water Heater Services did a great job from helping me select a more efficient system than what other contractors were proposing, timely performance, workmanlike installation and cleanup, and a rather heroic job of getting my large old [original to house] heater out of a basement that had been finished after it was installed, making their task challenging. Called on Tuesday and had a new water heater on Wednesday, took less than a hour to complete the job. Quality: Work area was left clean and all new fittings were installed tidily. Price: Better than most. Provided an invoice up front and there were no unexpected prices at the end. Everything was upfront. Knowledge: Was able to answer all my questions and provided all information that I would need to know about my unit.
