Came across Water Heater Services LLC through Angie’s List. After a few texts, I spoke to Curtis the owner. He seemed very knowledgeable and provided a written estimate within several hours. The estimate was for less than the ones I received from more well known plumbing operators. I accepted the offer and Kenneth arrived punctually at the agreed to time. He too was very friendly and knowledgeable. Work passed subsequent county inspection. Very pleased with this experience.

My water heater stopped working last Wednesday night, called them after checking a few google reviews for diff repair shops Thursday morning around 11am. Curtis took the call and came to my house within an hour since they were close to my area. The problem was fixed right away ,and both of their staff were courteous, brought in their own carpet for the repair, and answered my questions patiently. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who has water heaters issues. They know their stuff and they are here to help

I just spoke with Curtis. What an honorable and professional gentleman! He installed my water heater in December 2008. I never drained the water tank. I called Curtis for advice. He took the time to advise me not to flush it now. It would do more harm than good. My water heater is expected to fail soon. When that time comes, I will ensure to reach out to Curtis for a new water heater and his gold standard quality service! Thanks, Curtis! Semper Fidelis!
